  • Minimum age requirement for passengers on a Jetcar, is 7+ years old
  • By booking online, you confirm that you do not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would affect your ability to ride (such as a bad back)
  • By booking online, you confirm that you are not pregnant
  • All participants are required to sign a disclaimer
  • If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the disclaimer on their behalf
  • Failure to acknowledge these restrictions will render the booking ineligible for a refund
  • A tour reservation may be rescheduled up until 48 hours before the start of the reservation without reason and at no cost.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the start of the reservation is not permitted and non-attendance at the agreed time shall result in full tour payment
  • Any rescheduling offered within 48 hours is at the sole discretion of Jetcar Australia
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
